Delivery and Returns

Delivery within the UK

Standard postage and packing for delivery within the UK is by Second Class Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch orders where goods are in stock within 72 hours of receipt. Please note, as we work normal business hours, no dispatches are made on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery usually takes between one to three working days from the day of dispatch. 




International Delivery

For orders being dispatched to other countries within the EU and the rest of the world, including Australia and the Far East, the postage and packing cost is at the standard Air Mail International rates. As all packages will require a signature, we are unable to deliver to any PO boxes. 


Returns Policy

If you receive goods which are not what you ordered or which are defective or different to the quantity stated on your order form, the SRUK shop shall, at its own discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount paid for the goods purchased. 

This is on the condition that the goods are returned unworn/unused, and you have notified us by email of the problem within 10 days of receiving your order. 

All the goods you buy from us are covered by our "Product Guarantee”. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. 

Unless it is our fault, we do require that you pay the return postage of goods to us. If you ask to exchange products, which are the incorrect order size and are unworn/unused we will pay the postage to send any exchange goods back to you.

If you have provided incorrect details such as an incomplete address we are not liable for this and you are not eligible for a refund in this instance. However, if the item is returned to us you have the option to rectify your address and pay for the reshipment of your order.

The best two methods of returning goods to us:

  • Royal Mail Standard Delivery – this is usually the most cost-effective way to return goods. 

This requires you to re-pack your goods, write on the return address and take them to your local post office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post. 

  • Royal Mail Next Day Delivery – this option has the quickest delivery time. 

Whichever method of post you choose – please don’t forget to include your name, address and order number so that we know who is returning the parcel.
