Previewed on BBC Breakfast TV for keeping those hands and fingers warmer.
SMART PHONE friendly silver gloves - you don’t need to take the gloves off to use the phone.
This pack contains one pair of stretch to fit, seamless 8% silver gloves. If you constantly have cold hands or fingers from Raynaud’s, you are having chemotherapy treatment or have Diabetes, then these seamless 8% silver gloves could be just what you need. They will help to keep the hands warmer and help ward off a Raynaud’s attack. These seamless silver gloves can help where there is constant cold, numbness, tingling and pain which commonly affects hands and fingers and can be extremely serious. These fine knit seamless silver gloves can be worn on their own or as liners with outdoor gloves. Natural pure silver minimises any radiative body heat loss by actively reflecting the body’s energy back to the skin. As the gloves contain natural pure silver they will keep your hands much warmer when compared to conventional products. Silver also has one of the lowest radiant heat loss rates and therefore keeps warmer for longer.
Recommended by SRUK. The silver fibre is 100% natural and certified.
Wash Instructions: The gloves can be hand washed at 30 degrees flat dried and smoothed to shape without any loss of medical performance or comfort.

Thin gloves and worse than usual ones

I purchased these gloves as i was hoping for gloves that would keep my hands warm when taking my nephew to football. I am havent worn as my previous gloves are better. They may contain silver but they ae so thin it doesn't help.

Based on the last pair I ordered, these are surprisingly tough gloves, and they last well. They are warm, and my old pair has acted as an extra skin for most of the year.
However, there are two drawbacks: 1) they get grubby, so a black colour option would be very welcome, and 2) *most importantly* the cuffs are too short, so leaving a gap around the wrist, and since Raynaud's requires keeping your wrists warm this is a significant design flaw for sufferers That's why I have given this product only a three-star rating.
One other point: why are we not offered the option of buying a 'twin pack bundle' of two pairs?
DOESNT DO WHAT IT SAYS

I BOUGHT THESE GLOVES FOR MY DAUGHTER AS SHES BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH RAYNAUDS. SHE PUT THEM ON THE OTHER DAY AS WE WERE GOING TO BE OUTSIDE ALL DAY AND HER HANDS WERE COLD AS IF SHE HADNT BEEN WEARING THEM.

My hands are in love =)

I've been suffering for years and nothing helps, not warmth, not compression, not heating gels nor even massage, nothing even dents the pain unless we get a high pressure front with temperatures over 20C and low humidity, and weather is too unpredictable a treatment. These reduce the pain to throbbing and I love the tingle at my fingertips =)
A must for cold hands

This is the second pair of gloves I ordered. My previous ones, purchased a few years ago, are still going strong although a little worn. They are an absolute godsend for Raynard/Scleroderma sufferers. What is good too is when the weather is very cold they can be used as glove liners under thicker gloves. I also find it very useful when using my iPhone. No more need to remove gloves when texting!
