These 12% silver fibre gloves are seam free, flexible and will allow you to operate a mobile, cash point or even handle small change. Made using 12% pure silver thread they have light stretch for improved fit and comfort. Designed to provide optimum space if you have swollen fingers. Great product if you have eczema, digital ulcers, Raynaud's or other rheumatic disorders.
After 18 months of development work with Scleroderma study groups in Germany and Holland, we bring you the 12% silver fibre glove. With more silver and heat retaining properties, light stretch and soft minimum compression to help those with Scleroderma and other auto immune conditions where swelling can occur. Silver is a proven insulator, meaning heat will be much more difficult to escape these gloves, thus keeping your hands warmer for longer.
*Designed in cooperation with University of Lieden, Netherlands.
"Much Better fit than my other gloves. They don’t feel as rough either. Marked difference in the heat retention during and after use! Longer cuff covers my wrists too, which is helpful and feels nicer. I would recommend these highly and its even helped with my joint pain because my hands heated up so quickly that it soothed my joints. Very pleased and impressed and love that they’re lightweight"
"These gloves, like my others, actually work with all touchscreens. Brilliant!" - Helen Mansar, Liverpool

Hand-sock which works with devices
Posted by Sol on 18th Jan 2021
More than a glove, this is a hand-sock that you can use underneath a mitten or a glove for total protection. This glove is thin, like a second skin, allows mobility and works with devices, which is a great plus. The cons: the knit lets the air go through and it is not enough to be worn on its own, a bit expensive for its purpose. Nevertheless I would recommend it since now I go out and don't need to take them out for using my phone resulting in less pain.

I’ve only had the gloves a few days. At the moment not sure if they make any difference, both index fingers and thumbs still very cold when I’m out with the dog. I can say that they have helped a bit, although those fingers are still quite cold I’ve not had the pain in them, the last few weeks have been agony, so even if they only reduce the cold sufficient to stop the pain that’s an improvement

Warm and lightweight gloves. I've had the 8% gloves for years and love them but they don't cover my wrists anymore. I bought these after reading reviews saying the cuffs were longer and they are, they're the perfect size. I find my hands get warmer the longer I have the gloves on. On receipt there were a few stray silver threads but these seem to have been incorporated into the glove now, I love them.

Nice and thin, so they don’t feel bulky and you don’t need to take them off to do anything. Love them!

Only get symptoms in three fingers on right hand and have failed to find gloves that I'd be able to drive in, but these are great. Whisper thin (so they can fit under normal gloves too) and although my hand isn't kept toasty warm, my fingers no longer turn blue and white or ache. Definitely worth a try! Just recommended them to a friend today.

Having previously purchased 8% silver gloves, grey, which are excellent quality, these 12% black gloves give me concerns. A number Iof silver strands are already loose, sticking out, FROM new. They appeared to be functional but I do not see them lasting long.

Beautifully made, and work well with technology but I bought them for warmth. I thought that a SRUK product would be if nothing else warm. They make good liners (which defeats the tech usefulness) but they are not that good.

I am very disappointed with the gloves. I found them to be very thin and did not seem to keep my hands warm - unless worn under another pair of gloves. On the third wearing they are shedding from the ends of the gloves.

Was saving them for really cold weather but tried wearing just one today under other gloves to see if could tell difference. Yes - I can! Thank goodness as on my push bike hands get frozen in cold weather.
