"I had a pair of the already formed ones (bound) and have worn them in my gardening shoes on several occasions and found them useful. I could certainly tell that I had them in my shoes, I could feel the warmth under my heels and instep particularly. I will certainly tell the other members of our group about them at our next meeting, and will consider buying some to put in other shoes."

  1. GOOD BUY 4 Star Review

The response from ordering to receiving was terrific. It only too 2 days. I suffer from Reynard's and my hands and feet can become extremely white and cold. I have worn these soles with sliver socks for a few days now and have felt a remarkable difference. My feet are lot warmer than they were last week. The

  2. Work well for me 5 Star Review

I am diabetic and suffer from cold feet from October to March. I have found the insoles work best when your feet are active. I use them in work boots, trainers, walking boots and sailing shoes. I have bought mainy pairs over the last few years. I have now found it is better to buy a size smaller than your shoe size as they fit neatly and don't turn up at the edges.

  3. Does keep my feet warm 4 Star Review

Posted by on 12th Dec 2017

This is the best product I have bought for keeping my feet warm. As a result I have purchased 4 insoles for different shoes. It is a shame that the insoles are so expensive, hence only a 4 rather than a 5 rating, but in my experience they do work.

  4. Enables me to get outside! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 16th May 2017

I have severe secondary raynauds, and use these in all of my boots, along with silver socks and heated foot warmers. In cooler weather, I wouldn't be able to get out of the house without them. I'm not sure that I feel any warmth from them, but the insulation they provide is invaluable. My last pair has been used every single day for about 18 months, and is only just starting to get a bit tatty. I'm ordering more as a replacement.

  5. Had no affect at all 1 Star Review

My husband tried the insoles and they did nothing at all for him - I also tried wearing his shoes and again got no reaction at all. I spoke to the company and have sent them back as requested. It appears to me that they may have a fault and I really would like try another insole as my friend gets lovely results from the ones he has.

  6. Self heating? 2 Star Review

Posted by on 25th Oct 2016

I'm still experiencing numb feet with these in my winter shoes which is disappointing given the high price. I can't detect any extra heat, just another layer of insulation. I think to call them self heating is misleading. Not what I had hoped for.

    Hi JR,
Thanks for your comments. We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing numb feet - all our products work best when the feet and hands are warm. So you may wish to try warming your socks on the radiator or by using a hair dryer before heading outside to see if they work better.

Your feedback has been really helpful and as a result we've changed the name. The manufacturers are a regular suppliers of healthcare products and this was how they had described them.
